Healthy diet is crucial for a long well-being. By making a few changes, you can feel a lot better. Combining diet and exercises done during physical therapy is a great way to lose weight and be healthier.
Here are things that can make your diet healthier.
1. Avoid fruit juices
That can be a little controversial, but many fruit and vegetable juices found in the grocery shops aren’t that healthy. Most of them contain preservatives and sugar.
They are also deprived of very important fiber, and those with vegetables are too high in salt.
The best alternative is eating whole fruit and vegetables or making juices at home.
2. Swap butter for avocado
Avocado contains a lot of healthy fats, a lot of protein, and a large dose of fiber (up to 17g per fruit). Regular consumption of avocado also blocks the hormones responsible for fat accumulation and speeds up metabolism.
This green fruit is also a source of lipase- an enzyme necessary for proper fat burning.
