1. Green tea

We have known about the benefits of green tea for a long time, but still, many people can’t get used to its taste. Nevertheless, it is worth liking it, because this type of drink stimulates metabolism much faster than black tea or coffee. Like the drinks mentioned above, green tea contains caffeine. Green tea also contains catechins that slow down the aging process and help the skin regain its vitality.

2. Add spices

Proper seasoning of food is an important element in a daily diet. It is worth reaching for cayenne pepper or chili peppers. The capsaicin contained in them accelerates metabolism, and thus fat burning. Capsaicin also affects the production of thyroid hormones responsible for regulating the level of dopamine and adrenaline. Another spice, worth implementing into the daily diet, is ginger. Ginger supports the work of the digestive system and reduces the feeling of hunger.

3. Chia seeds

Chia seeds are an excellent source of many nutrients. One ounce of chia seeds can help contribute towards your daily value of fiber, protein, minerals, and B vitamins.

While eating chia seeds, you also get a sizeable dose of healthy fats. Omega-3s are essential for brain and eye, immune, and heart health.

You can add them to pudding oatmeal or smoothie.
