Low back pain? Exercises for beginners

Nowadays, many people experience spinal problems, particularly low back pain.

It is estimated that up to 84 percent of adults have low back pain at some time in their lives

Causes of low back pain are various and sometimes problem is more complex than we think.

  • Herniated Discs

  • Medical Conditions: arthritis, scoliosis, or spinal stenosis

  • Metastatic cancer

  • Injuries

  • Non specific back pain

What is non specific back pain? Situation with absence of a specific underlying condition that can be reliably identified. Usually, this kind of pain ca be correlates with: poor posture, muscle strain, age-related changes or lack of exercise.

As you can see, some of these problems require an immediate visit to a physiotherapist or doctor. Where to make an appointment?
